Hubungan Jenis Arthritis dengan Intensitas Nyeri

Latar Belakang: Arthritis merupakan penyakit muskuloskeletal dengan prevalensi tinggi yang mencakup osteoarthritis, gout arthritis, dan rheumatoid arthritis, serta sering menimbulkan keluhan utama berupa nyeri. Perbedaan patofisiologi pada masing-masing jenis arthritis diduga menyebabkan variasi intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan pasien dan berdampak pada aktivitas serta kualitas hidup. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan jenis arthritis dengan intensitas nyeri. Metode: Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah Ilmu Penyakit Dalam, Ilmu Penyakit Saraf dan Ilmu Anatomi Kedokteran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan April sampai November 2025. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian adalah semua pasien arthritis yang melakukan kunjungan atau menerima pelayanan pengobatan di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang selama periode 2023-2024. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling, besar sampel menggunakan rumus analisis kategorik tidak berpasangan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 369 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data diambil dari rekam medik pasien Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang. Pengolahan data menggunakan komputerisasi program SPSS versi terbaru. Analisa data univariat disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji likehood ratio. Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian, pasien arthritis paling banyak dengan rentang umur 60-74 tahun (49,3%), berejenis kelamin perempuan (64,5%), dan tidak bekerja (64,8%). Lokasi nyeri sendi terbanyak di lutut (30,4%), dengan jenis obat NSAID terbanyak yaitu asam dikofenak (80,2%), sedangkan jenis arthritis terbanyak gout arthritis (72,9%), lalu Intensitas nyeri terbanyak nyeri ringan (71.5%). Hasil uji statistik likelihood ratio menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis arthritis dengan intensitas nyeri (p = 0,144). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis arthritis dengan intensitas nyeri pada pasien arthritis di Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya tahun 2023-2024
