Luka ledakan adalah luka yang disebabkan oleh berada di dekat ledakan. Luka ledakan paling sering terjadi pada orang yang bekerja di militer, meskipun tak jarang terjadi pada warga sipil sebagai akibat dari kecelakaan industri dan tindak terorirme. Kebakaran dan ledakan adalah penyebab utama kematian dari kecelakaan nontransportasi untuk kelompok usia 1 sampai 4 tahun dan penyebab utama kedua untuk orang yang lebih tua (>14 tahun). Pola kerusakan saat kejadian dapat sebagai akibat adanya komposisi produk atau material yag terkandung di dalamnya, lingkungan sekitar, metode pelepasan, jarak antara korban dan ledakan, dan keterlibatan beberapa bahan beresiko disekitarnya.
